Living Notes is an informational website. It does not offer user accounts, paid services, property bookings, or listing applications.

Information we collect

This site does not intentionally collect account data, payment information, identity documents, or rental application details.

If a contact option is added in the future, any information you choose to send will be used only to read and respond to that message.

Server logs

Basic server logs may be created by the hosting provider. These logs can include technical details such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time of access, and referring page.

Logs are used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and maintenance. They are not used to create housing profiles or advertising profiles.

Cookies and tracking

Living Notes does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.

Third-party links

The site may link to external resources. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and Living Notes is not responsible for how external sites handle information.

Updates

This policy may be updated if the site adds new features, forms, analytics, or other services. The current page will reflect the active version.
